We've used Lynn several times for both our business and our home. She always handles everything with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. This most recent transaction was made difficult by a VA Loan contingency and a bad contractor (selected by buyer), but Lynn helped keep everything moving in the right direction. We never had a doubt that she'd get us to the closing table with a great deal and that's exactly what she did. Highly recommend for any real estate purchase or sale. Great agent.

Experienced ProfessionalI contacted Lynn shortly after my Mother had changed her address to Heaven, to ask advice on selling her home. Lynn is very knowledgeable of her trade. My Brother and I were given up to date information in the real estate world in order to make informed decisions. Lynn was instrumental in Marketing and all of the work behind the scene to obtain the best financial decision we could make. At the same time, Lynn was very attentive to our mental state in losing our Mother. She speaks with a gentle voice and backs up her voice with authoritative action.

We've used Lynn to purchase as well as sell properties. She's always very professional and thorough throughout the process. Even this year, she was able to market and sell a property in the middle of the pandemic. She handled the closing paperwork and easement deeds with no trouble. Very highly recommend!

Lynn was recommended to me by two of my coworkers who bought houses with her help. I knew I wanted to buy in one of two or three possible neighborhoods and stay within a fairly narrow price range. Luckily, Lynn was extremely helpful and was able to help me find a house in my first choice neighborhood and under my range. This was my first house so it was great to have her accompany me to the walk through, inspections, and the process as a whole.
