Excellent Team to Work WithWe worked with Jim & Sharon Patton on securing the land for our new house. The land acquisition when so well, we decided touse them to sell our previous home. They understood the market conditions and how to market our home from both a financialand showing perspective. They are both experienced in all aspects of buying and selling property. Their customer service, attention to detail, and communication is excellent. When Jim nor Sharon was not available to immediately take our calls, theycalled us back very quickly. They made the sale and closing on our properties very easy to deal with. I would highly recommendJim and Sharon Patton for any real estate needs.

ReMax and Sharon Patton took care ofme!Couldn't be any happier with the experience I had working to sell my Uncle's Condo with Sharon Patton. We came across somehurdles that she handled with professionalism and the utmost knowledge of the real estate market. I could always get quickfeedback from any questions I had, and she took my opinions and feelings into account when we made decisions that couldmake or break the contract. Thanks also to Jim Patton who handled getting certified experts over when we were in a timecrunch to make sure the closing went as scheduled. They are quite a team! Would definitely use again and again!

Fantastic! We came to MO in October of 2020 from TX and initially had to be in a rental. The rental was very small for our needs and wequickly realized we needed to look for a house even if that meant breaking our rental agreement. We found Sharon accidentallyas we were browsing for potential houses and we just clicked! Honestly the whole Remax group in Eureka are like family. Sharonwent above and beyond involving her husband Jim to help show properties when she had to be out of town. She introduced usto Brad Beebe with Homestead who helped us establish our loan. Sharon really became like a family member because we didnot know this area, the market, or the nuances of buying a home in a different state, but she helped us navigate the crazymarket and after 6 months of looking and making many offers only to be out bid, we finally found the perfect house for ourcrazy active family. Thank you Sharon for helping us find not only a house, but a home. We are blessed to have met you and yourkindness and love for what you do, knows no bounds.
