Excellent Team to Work WithWe worked with Jim & Sharon Patton on securing the land for our new house. The land acquisition when so well, we decided touse them to sell our previous home. They understood the market conditions and how to market our home from both a financialand showing perspective. They are both experienced in all aspects of buying and selling property. Fantastic!We came to MO in October of 2020 from TX and initially had to be in a rental. The rental was very small for our needs and wequickly realized we needed to look for a house even if that meant breaking our rental agreement. We found Sharon accidentallyas we were browsing for potential houses and we just clicked! Honestly the whole Remax group in Eureka are like family. Sharonwent above and beyond involving her husband Jim to help show properties when she had to be out of town. She introduced usto Brad Beebe with Homestead who helped us establish our loan. Sharon really became like a family member because we didnot know this area, the market, or the nuances of buying a home in a different state, but she helped us navigate the crazymarket and after 6 months of looking and making many offers only to be out bid, we finally found the perfect house for ourcrazy active family. We wanted our Agent to be patient, responsive, with good negotiation skills, understand what we exactly need and provide valuable suggestions/recommendations based on their prior experiences. I am glad we found all of that in Sharon. This was the smoothest experience we had without any issues from showing us the house to signing the papers at closing. She gave us our space and was never rushing us in to anything. Now we have a wonderful place which we can call "HOME".
